Join PSC’s AI & Big Data team for our Neocortex office hours. Join us for our weekly catch-all office hours every Wednesday from 2-3, or make an appointment based on your schedule. These virtual office hours are open and welcome to existing and potential users.

Existing users can get help with topics such as:

1. 1. Applying for an allocation on Neocortex,
   2. Getting started with Neocortex’s innovative hardware and software ecosystem,
   3. Optimizing workflows on Cerebras CS-2 systems and the HPE Superdome Flex,
   4. Troubleshooting technical challenges and discuss performance tuning,
   5. Exploring advanced capabilities tailored to AI/ML research and applications.

Potential new users can discuss topics such as:

1. 1. Clarifying how to get an allocation on Neocortex,
   2. Learning which program (ACCESS or NAIRR) is better suited for their purpose,
   3. Getting a better sense of what Neocortex is all about,
   4. Exploring if Neocortex is a good fit for their needs.
