Robin began working at PSC in 2002 as a student applications developer and was hired full time when she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003. Robin worked in both the Data & Information Resources Services group as an HPC system administrator and the Education, Outreach and Training (EOT) group as a Communications and Marketing Project Manager. Robin earned her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business in 2009, and has led a wide range of projects during her tenure at PSC including: managing & overseeing the development of an internal asset management system, coordinating the development the education program Computation Exploration, a program to teach high school students parallel programming; managing PSC events, including PSC’s presence and participation in the annual Supercomputing Conference; and PSC’s social media presence.
