PHYLIP is a package of programs for inferring phylogenies.

Usage
To see what versions of PHYLIP are available, and which is the default if there is more than one, type
module spider phylip
To see what other modules are needed, what commands are available and how to get additional help type
module help phylip-suite
To use PHYLIP, include a command like this in your batch script or interactive session to load the phylip module:
module load phylip-suite
Be sure you also load any other modules needed, as listed by the module help phylip command.
