Andrea joined PSC in October 2025 with more than 10 years of proposal management and sales lifecycle knowledge in both federal and commercial environments. As the Senior Proposal Development Manager, Andrea leads the proposal management process while working with subject matter experts to create clear, compliant, and compelling content that accurately reflects the capabilities and expertise of PSC.
