What is an Open Hackathon? Open Hackathons are collaborative, hands-on coding events that pair participants with experienced programming experts to realize performance gains using a variety of programming models, libraries, and the latest accelerated computing tools.
Who can participate? Any research team (minimum of 3 people) with a concrete computational project is encouraged to apply. Teams should be fluent with the code or project they bring, able to commit to the duration of the event (4-5 days), and motivated to make progress during the hackathon.
Why participate? Open Hackathons have had huge success helping research groups push their real-world projects forward by connecting participants with the latest technologies, robust tool sets, and collective expertise needed to advance their scientific discoveries.
