Dr. Xiang Li is a Senior Bioinformatician at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center (PSC), Carnegie Mellon University.He supports the Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) under the Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE), specializing in the development of Agentic AI systems to optimize bioinformatics research tasks. He also provides expertise in computational infrastructure like HPC, cloud (AWS) and the integration of multi-omics data, including scRNAseq, ATAC-seq, and 3D genome architecture.

Previously, Li led bioinformatics infrastructure development for R&D at GentiBio and patients EHR profiling at Johnson & Johnson.
