Update: Thursday, May 1, 2025, 2:15pm

Due to severe weather that impacted the Pittsburgh area on Tuesday, April 29th, our data center is currently down. This weather event has caused widespread issues across the region, leading to a state of emergency being declared in Allegheny County.

Our electrical provider is working diligently to restore power, but they cannot give us an estimate. They do suggest that it could be several days before all customers have power restored. We will provide updates on this page as we receive them.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted by the storm.
