Request Permission to Use Rosetta™ Software on PSC Systems

Rosetta™ is a molecular modeling software package developed by University of Washington for understanding protein structures, protein design, protein docking, protein-DNA and protein-protein interactions. In order to use Rosetta as installed on PSC systems, you must visit https://els.comotion.uw.edu/licenses/86 to complete and submit an academic license form between you and University of Washington ("UW") for your internal, non-profit research use.

Once this license form is submitted and approved, please complete the form below to register your use of Rosetta at PSC. At the bottom, click to confirm that you have obtained the academic license from UW. Upon receipt and confirmation of the information requested in this form, you will be contacted with instructions on how to log in and use Rosetta.
