The Rosetta software suite includes algorithms for computational modeling and analysis of protein structures.  It is made available through Rosetta Commons, a central hub for developers across the glove to contribute to and share the Rosetta source code.

You must have your own academic license for Rosetta from the University of Washington in order to use it on Bridges.  Rosetta is available to all non-commercial users for free. See the Rosetta Commons site or the licensing page for details and to get a license.

Once you have a license, you must request access to Rosetta on Bridges by submitting the Rosetta request form.
