Olympus was a flexible, multiple-use compute cluster dedicated to research in the MIDAS community. Members of MIDAS and researchers affiliated with a MIDAS group had access to the system.
The Olympus cluster consisted of 66 execution hosts (i.e. nodes) with two distinct node types. Approximately half of the cluster was based on AMD Opteron 6300 processors, and the other half utilized Intel Xeon Ex v3 Series processors.
