The MIDAS MISSION group invites you to join us on , from Eastern Time, to learn about running the ever popular MATLAB software on the Olympus computing platform. This hands-on session will introduce you to MATLAB on Olympus and also go into details regarding more advanced MATLAB topics such as parfor (parallel for loops) and spmd (single program processing multiple datasets).
Each participant will be given an account on Olympus, which is dedicated to the MIDAS community, to use for the duration of the class and beyond.
All researchers affiliated with the MIDAS project are invited, basic familiarity with MATLAB is required.
