Intending to be legally bound, the terms and conditions of this Permission to Reproduce are accepted and agreed upon your clicking on "I AGREE", at which time your completed form will be emailed to PSC. Upon receipt and confirmation of the information requested in this form, PSC will then contact you via email with instructions on how to obtain the Material(s) and provide you with the required attribution for the Materials.

Terms of the Permission to Reproduce PSC Materials Agreement

 

PERMISSION TO REPRODUCE -- Carnegie Mellon University, acting through the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center (PSC) is prepared to grant to the person or entity named below ("you"), a non-exclusive permission to reproduce the material(s) identified below (the "Materials") solely for the purpose(s) ("Purposes") identified below, subject to the limitations set forth herein and only to the extent the University has the right to do so.

Upon receipt and confirmation of the information requested in this form, PSC will provide you with the required attribution for the Materials. Such attribution may include any or all of the following credit for Research, Visualization, and a standard Copyright assertion:

Research: name of PSC personnel who conducted research

Visualization: name of PSC personnel who created the visualization

This right to reproduce will automatically terminate if any of the above terms or conditions are violated. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the University, and any assignment or attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
