Workshop on

Biomedical Applications of Molecular Dynamics on the TeraGrid

broadcast to the PSC via the Access Grid


On April 17, 18, and 19, NCSA will present a workshop titled "Biomedical Applications of Molecular Dynamics on the TeraGrid". This workshop will be broadcast over the Access Grid to the PSC.

Topics covered include molecular modeling and its benefits to research, available hardware and software tools, and the NAMD program. Participants in the optional half-day session on April 19 will learn to use NAMD and the visualization program VMD, or other applications of their choice available at NCSA.

You can attend this workshop by registering at NCSA and selecting "Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center" as the workshop location.

Seating is limited and applicants will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
