Examples of MEME for the Opteron cluster

MEME is a set of tools for discovering patterns in a group of related sequences and for using those patterns to search other sequences for other occurrences of those patterns.

Example files include:

• meme.job is the Unix script file.
• seq.pir, the input query sequences.
• carp_r_5_meme.out, the MEME motifs found by the program (output).
• meme.out, the standard output and error produced when the job is run.
