Examples for MAXSEGS for the Opteron Cluster
MAXSEGS is an optimal local sequence alignment program that will find the N-best alignments between two nucleic acid sequences or two protein sequences.
Example files include:
- f1-k_maxsegs_plbo_pam40.job, the job script which finds alignments between F1-k Kringle fragment and bovine prothrombine.
- f1k.nbrf, F1-k Kringle fragment in the NBRF database format , input.
- plbo.nbrf, Bovine prothrombine in the NBRF database format, input.
- f1-k_maxsegs_plbo_pam40.lst, the list file from the run.
- f1-k_maxsegs_plbo_pam40.out, the alignments from the run .
- maxsegs.out, standard out and error.
