List of NQS batch files

Currently MAKSEQ will write NQS batch files for the following programs:

SEQA:     Sequence global alignment program.   
SEQH:     Nucleic acid sequence local alignment program.   
SEQHP:    Protein sequence local alignment program.
MAXSEGS:  Optimal sequence local alignment program.
