MAKSEQ

MAKSEQ is a menu driven program that writes batch files for several of the Biomedical sequencing packages. The user then submits the batch script created by MAKSEQ to the scheduler.

Installed on the Opteron cluster.

Opteron version

It is convenient to use /biomed/lib/examples/.login.fixed for this and other sequence analysis packages.

Usage:

/biomed/bin/makseq
