Examples for HMMB on the SEQ

hmmbuild is one program from the HMMER software suite. hmmbuild builds a HMM (Hidden Markov Model) from a multiple alignment.

Example files include:

• hmmbuild.job, the job script .
• carp_r_5_msa_10_1000_msa250_optimal.msf, an MSF file of five Aspartyl proteases (input).
• carp_hmmb_pam200.hmm, the Hidden Markov Model (output).
• hmmbuild.out, standard output and error.
