Access to Restricted Software Packages

Access to some software installed at PSC is restricted. Request access to these packages by filling out and submitting the online form below. For certain packages, after submitting this online form, you will then be presented with another form which you must fill out and mail or fax the hardcopy form to us. Please note: You must have a PSC grant to be given access to any PSC software.
