BigBen Final Production Run, March 31, 2010

Having provided ~120 Million service units to 560 projects since
December 2004, PSC.s Cray XT3 .BigBen. is set to run its final
production job on March 31, 2010.  Although no jobs will run past this
date, you will be able to log into the system until April 12, 2010 so
that you may move any important files from your home directory and
temporary file systems.  Please contact remarks@psc.edu to plan the
transfer of your files to your next production site, at PSC or
elsewhere, or to your home institution. Please keep in mind that files
stored in the PSC File Archiver are retained for 6 months after a user
no longer has a production grant at the PSC.

Our consultants are ready to answer any questions you may have with
regard to BigBen.s removal from service, and/or to your transition to
the most suitable follow-on systems. Just send email to
