David filled his personal web page with his art, intellect and humor.

David was my neighbor on Forward Ave. in Squirrel Hill. He was always a friend. Sally and I enjoyed his photos which he hung with pride on the walls of his home. We also have memories of his many cats.

I wish to make mention of David’s love of Football. He played for the varsity team at the Univ. of Kansas. I am the Public Address Announcer at Carnegie Mellon University and David was my spotter for the home Football games for about 15 years (including the inaugural game at Gesling Stadium in 1990). He had a great ability with statistics and prided himself on giving me the stats I needed before the stats crew!

All the members of my family send our condolences to David’s family, colleagues and friends. We are all better people for having known him.
