Remembering David through photos
David filled his personal web page with his art, intellect and humor.
I came to PSC in 1995 and David quickly became a friend and a confidante. I didn’t really know anybody when I got here and Dave quickly took me under his wing. As we became friends he told me lots about his time in Kansas and at the University of North Carolina. My passion for golf was really blooming at this time and he shared experiences he had playing golf at the UNC courses. These chats usually started out with a work purpose but most became about life in general and as I told him several months ago, these talks were what I miss most about him being at PSC everyday.
Dave was such a great listener. We would be talking for a long time and I’d realize that I was the one doing most of the talking. He would let me ramble on about whatever was on my mind and would always offer the right advice, even if I didn’t think it was right at the time :).
I will miss his good nature, his leadership, his infectious laugh, his tremendous sense of humor and most of all his friendship.
